Are you having issues connecting to the internet?

How to properly reset a Router or Modem.

Step1:  Unplug power from Router or Modem for at least 60 seconds

Step2:  Plup power to Router and wait 2 minuters and for Modems plug power in and wait 1 minute

Step3: try reconnecting to the internet

If problem still exists try to following

Ensure the wireless is turned on your device, ensure that your devices setting are correct for the network,and make sure you are within range of your router.

If issuses still persist  contact us.
